PreTrain 2025: Spotlight on ACL/ICML/ICLR

About

Pretrain 2025 is a pre-conference presentation of papers accepted to ACL 2025 and ICML 2025 (we also welcome presentations for papers already published in ICLR 2025).

The name "Pretrain" reflects the idea of a pre-conference showcase — a kind of pre-training — ahead of the main conferences taking place in July. It also offers an opportunity for those who won't be attending ACL or ICML to get a taste of our latest research, soon to be presented at the top venues in NLP and ML.

Hosted by the King's College London NLP Group in the Department of Informatics at King's College London, the event aims to foster deeper connections across the London ML/NLP community. We welcome attendees for a day of insightful presentations, lively discussions, and collaborative exchange, building a vibrant network of ML and NLP scholars in London.

We sincerely thank the King's Institute for Artificial Intelligence for their generous support and funding of this event.
